Has anyone done this wrap? What are the implications for drainage? I was thinking black PPF from the bottom of my WildTrak vinyl to around the pinch weld.

Has anyone done this wrap? What are the implications for drainage? I was thinking black PPF from the bottom of my WildTrak vinyl to around the pinch weld.
Yes, the XPEL Black Universal Door Sill Guard (60" x 2.75") Paint Protection Film Kit from Amazon. Don’t wrap it underneath the pinch weld…push it up into the curve of the body.

Why not just use the covers/guards that are meant for this from the accessory catalog.

Why not just use the covers/guards that are meant for this from the accessory catalog.
I think those are just as ugly as the bare pinch welds

Or have them painted by lineX and make sure they stick some dowels in the drains to be removed when cured...
