Hi all,

Longtime lurker and finally decided to join now that my Bronco is scheduled for build the week of August 29th. I've been on here doing lots of research and getting ideas for how to build my Bronco and I have a stack of stuff to install once I get my hands on it.

I have on order a 4-door, soft top, eruption green Wildtrak with lux package and Hoss 3.0. Also ordered the tube doors. Here's what I have planned:
- Swap out the grill for Xipex gloss white
-- install grill marker lights
-- install Oracle B R O N C O letters backlit in Amber (I painted the letters Eruption Green to contrast the white grill)
-- Wire the lights to be always on
- I have the mod bumper and have 2 pair of Diode Dynamics SSC2 for fogs, 1 pair white and 1 pair amber
-- wiring the backlighting to be always on
-- wiring the white fogs to come on with fog light switch I ordered to replace the non-foglight switch
-- wiring amber fogs to upfitter switch
- BAMF tow hitch
-- Curt 4-pin trailer harness
- Expedition One rear bumper with tire carrier
- White Gearshade mesh top
- ARB twin air compressor mounted in engine bay with 4x4 truck leds mount
-- Adding ARB Pressure Control Kit and mounting switch in engine bay
-- looking for 4-way tire inflate system, considering Morrflate or Speedflate
- Diabolical Inc rear cargo enclosure
- Aeroskin II hood protector
- RokBlokz mud flaps
- Tuxmat front and rear
- Tint side windows to match all around, tint windshield for UV protection
- Line X Ultra the fenders in white
- Powdercoat beauty rings in white
- Infinite Offroad rock lights
- Panda Power Module
- Bunch of other minor things like grab handles, phone mounts, rock lights, etc

Looking for a good rear license plate relocation solution that does not mount the license plate on the spare tire. I know LOD is working on one and SRQ supposedly has one that comes with their bumper. Don't know of any good ones available now.

My bronco made it to the dealer. I'm out of town so i can't pick it up until Sunday or Monday and then the mods will start! Here's a couple of pics straight off the delivery truck.

How much for the grill since you’re swapping it out?

Picked it up Sunday and had a chance to start with the mods. Saying goodbye to the F-150. My F-150 had HOSS 2.0 suspension and Raptor wheels and tires. Ride-wise, the Bronco feels a bit smoother. It's definitely louder than the F-150 with its "quiet steel" technology. Riding top down is pretty spectacular.

Got the Xipex white grill installed with the marker lights and Oracle grill letters. I painted the letters Eruption Green and also added a dimmer module as suggested in another thread I saw to reduce the glare on the letters. Wired it all up to come on with ignition.

Installed the Rokbloks mud flaps.

Also got the windows tinted with ceramic and matched color on the sides as well as 85% on the windshield for UV. AND major accomplishment, I managed to get the beauty rings off without any bolts getting stuck. Just used an impact wrench with a T40 bit to bust them out. A few were even too stuck for the impact and I had to break them loose by hand. Tons of yellow loctite. Taking the rings to get white powdercoat.

Other little things I did today: Suma mirrors, IAG Ez-lift, Mabett back of rear seat protectors, plastidip the rear bronco emblem white.

More to come.

Got my fogs and A-pillar lights installed. Went with Diode Dynamics SSC2. Combo lens for the pillars and pair white and yellow each for fogs. I have the fog light harness and need to install the new headlight switch along with Forscan to activate the fogs. Wired yellows to switch 5 and pillars to switch 6 and the DRLs all tied together to come on at ignition.

Also added the BAMF hitch, GPCA tie downs in the rear, and a screen protector for the Sync screen.

Talked to a Line X dealer today and they won't touch any plastic. Guy wasn't confident in his product and did he'd never heard of Line X applied to plastic. Also wasn't willing to consider the roll bars. So, I'm nixing that plan for now.

Few more things done over the past few days.
- installed Diabolical Inc Slipstream security enclosure. My wife helped me out and it was very straightforward. I added some pull straps to the rear hatch by the latches to give me the leverage to pull down the back hatch since the Slipstream panel is in the way.
- installed IAG EZ lift struts. Pretty simple. The straps I added help pull against the strut lift.
- Painted the pinch weld seams with black bedliner. Looks much cleaner!
- Installed the ARB dual compressor with pressure regulation kit and the KR oddroad bracket. The co.pressor and bracket were pretty easy. The switch plate with regulator relocation made it a bear to install. Really hard to get fender bolts back in with the switch plate. I also modified the harness to get rid of all the air locker connectors to simplify the wiring. Didn't use an overhead switch, keeping the switch by the compressor . Tested it all out and the ARB pressure control app is super easy to use.

Did all the Forscan mods recently: disabled double honk, door ajar, seat belt chimes. Enabled global windows up. Turned on the fog lights.

Installed Infinite Offroad RGB+W rocklights, 4 on each side.

Also swapped out the Ford oval for a custom painted one.

Added the Aeroskin II hood deflector and the trail armor for the front as well as the Builtright Industries front license plate bracket (with some modifications). The bracket as designed blocks the fog light opening, or doesn't clear the front tow hook. Left out the main bracket and installed the plate part directly to the bumper with some spacers and it works perfectly now.

It looks really well built and it's pretty beefy. Very well packaged with no damage Waiting for the bumper lights to come in and then I'll tackle the install. Planning to paint the bumper step plate white and the tire carrier insert Eruption Green. Just need to find time now. Haven't seen anyone else on this forum with this bumper, so I'll try to document the install.

Got my powdercoated beauty rings back and installed them. NOTE: The CJPony replacement hardware for the beadlock rings do not work with the beauty rings. They are too long by about 1/4 inch. I think they are meant for use when you use actual beadlocks with the tire bead sandwiched between the rim and the beadlock.

Also installed door sill guards I got from stickerfab as well as the trailsight vinyl overlays.

Installed the Brandmotion Fullvue mirror/dash cam/rear camera along with mostly installed my Expedition One rear bumper with tire carrier.

The camera I stall was pretty straightforward, just really involved as you have to remove a lot of the trim panels to get the wiring in place. Didn't really take pics since it's been done and there are pics all over the forum. It's a nice set up and I like the improved view out the back.

Bumper install had a few hiccups, mainly they forgot to send a crucial piece that connects the tire carrier to the tailgate. I've got it secured while I wait for them to send the part. Also broke a couple of the rear sensor bezel/clip things. They are really fragile! Jad to modify the wiring harness a little to accommodate the different spacing of the sensors. The Expedition One set up comes with a rear license plate mount that goes on the spare tire, which wouldn't work with the Brandmotion rear camera. So I got a rear license plate mount from SRQ. I'm not 100% sold on it, but it works for now.

also installed the Oracle spare tire brake light ring since I lost the 3rd brake light with the new bumper set up.
Here are some pics.

Install want necessarily difficult, just lots of steps. Can be done with 1 person. I have the bumper lights wired up with a relay to use the rear fog light switch. Just need to turn it on in Forscan and hopefully it all works🤞

How long did you wait for the bedliner to cure before you drove the car again?

My plan is to do something similar to what you did using 2 coats of herculiner (waiting 1-2 hrs between coats), but I have to drive out of state the next day.
