Does this work on a Base? Has anyone installed this? Maybe a video?
Hey, I bought the Tekonsha unit for my base and it does not work as of yet. Currently going back and forth with Etrailer to figure it out. But I noticed a difference in wires in plugs for non-LED taillights and LED tail lights. I'll add some pics shortly.

Yeah, this is why I stick with the factory package (contributing to me not having a VIN): No reverse for the reverse solenoid on the surge brake. No 7pin for future electric brakes.
Ford has known how many early orders have tow packages since March 19, and they still don’t have the supply sorted out (and Ford customer service says they won’t for all of ‘22). That 7pin must include a chip that is constrained …

That’s exactly what it is per my dealer. There is a constrained chip in the factory harness that is part of the Ford OEM tow package. That’s why I dropped it from my order and why I took delivery of my BL, 2.7, MIC, High from Stephens Auto back on 10/15/2021. Had I not dropped the tow package I most likely wouldn’t have my Bronco in my driveway right now!

Curt wiring harness #56468 does not work on Base (non-LED) taillights either! I tested it today. Left turn signal makes both Left and Right trailer lights blink, right turn signal doesn't make any trailer lights blink.

Bummer, etrailer had me order same one to try.(Curt#56468) just got delivered tonight. Welp I guess I don’t need to install and try that one. I’ll be chatting with them Monday…Did you order from Etrailer?
