Yeah it’s a PPG custom color. I’ll get the code when I pick it up.Looks fantastic!, ironically I have a 2door BL SAS AMB ordered that is in transit currently. I am building a 1970 with an entirely new body and a 2020 gen 3 Coyote in it. I was going to paint a modified Boxwood green but actually love your color, any chance of getting the paint code?
Gotcha, thanks.I post some detail pictures when I pick it up Saturday.
I know the engine wasn’t pulled. That’s a 10k paint job at least. I just don’t know how he handled it.Gotcha, thanks.
Have you asked the question yet? Man..can you imagine if the engine wasn't pulled and it's dark blue in there?
Best of luck.I know the engine wasn’t pulled. That’s a 10k paint job at least. I just don’t know how he handled it.
Really good.Looks good. I'm thinking about getting a lift as well. How does it ride?
That makes sense . . . overall you have a great looking rig!!I didn’t order. I bought from a dealer and painted it the color I wanted. And it’s the body shops own color.
I can’t wait to see that. Photos please!!!! And you have to do the boxwood green. Probably my favorite vintage Ford color.Looks fantastic!, ironically I have a 2door BL SAS AMB ordered that is in transit currently. I've only seen three other Broncos on the road between Los Angeles and Denver, other than mine, and they were all Area 51, just like mine : / Makes me want to think about a custom paint color now too. Yours looks great.I didn’t order. I bought from a dealer and painted it the color I wanted. And it’s the body shops own color.
I’ll get the PPG code. It’s custom.Well the color looks great! I definitely don’t have the juevos to have my brand new Bronco custom painted or I would have ordered white and swapped over to Grabber Blue!
Is there a heavier green tint than normal Cactus Gray? I actually like Toyota’s Lunar Rock better because they have more green and Cactus Gray would have been a no brainer if this were the case.
A AMB pulled into my parking lot the other day. I knew what it was and did like the sparkle when way up close, but 3 of my coworkers mentioned the bronco looked good in black. Honestly the AMB, CG, and A51 could drop off the list and I would never notice.I think AMB is an gorgeous color when you look at it in person. It's a metalic blue that sparkles in the light. I would have switched to antimatter blue after having seen it except I already had a VIN assigned.
