1-Is cutout-door the right name for it?

2-Is the cutout a type of glass or plastic?

3- Is the glasss/plastic removable?

4- Is the cutout -door an option, or part of a package?

5-Any cost ideas/estimates if an option?

6-When/if you roll regular window down, is it limited how far down it can go?

Anybody with facts/guesses?

No one has facts. We all have guesses. Common consensus is that the lower "window" has no covering and is merely a fancier take on a tube door.

Me? If that thing has a polycarbonate slide/swing-close cover, then this will 100% get my money.

I'll give you my guesses:
1 - sure why not, I like that name
2 - I doubt it. Just open air
3 - No glass or plastic.. maybe aftermarket though
4 - It's an Option as in an Accessory... All new Bronco's will come with normal doors
5 - No clue... Guessing $2k ++
6 - No window to roll down EDIT: If you mean on normal door, then all the way down. Cut-out door, see original response.

Consensus is there is no glass in the door - period. Effectively a fancy tube door. Not a production option but an accessory. There is a thread somewhere that discusses it, along with peoples‘ guesstimates on pricing.

Agreed on all, and re. 5, I might even add an extra plus or three. If Ford is creeping around here noting our rabid response to those prototype doors, they'll make them much more pricey than the $1,500 Interactive Garage guestimates them at.

Seriously doubt there’s any kind of glass or plastic in the cutout. Would be cool

I think they are pretty cool in design but won’t pay $1500 plus for them which seems to be the guess as to a price. Other accessories like roof racks and lighting would be more of a “priority” for me.

It's like the offroad version of this but without glass.

Reviving an old thread - would like to see if someone could mock up the 4 door with these doors?
