CV Axel different between driver and passenger side?

Howdy!

Pic for attention.

I just put a lift on my ‘22 Black Diamond SAS and was looking at the CV Axels and noticed that it came from the factory with the CV Axels on the opposite sides per the part number. I called my local Ford and the parts department said they are different part numbers but they were not sure if they were actually different, and that I should reach out to the dealership I bought it from.

So my question is are they different between the driver vs the passenger side? I have done a little internet sleuthing but no answer yet.

Coming from the factory with the axles installed wrong L/R ... I wouldn't have expected that to even be physically possible by design, but apparently we all need to go look at our axles.
