Hello,

Anyone planning to daily drive their 2 door?

Why not?

EDIT: I’m mostly thinking about the room and ride quality compared to the 4 door. I have mostly driven small SUV’s, but they still have more room than the 2 door. Just wondering if I can make it work. The 2 door looks so much better. More Bronco. I guess that’s an opinion though.
I plan to daily drive my 2 door Badlands part time. Alternating driving my 2012 Mustang GT when I feel like racing around. ? So I'm used to no rear seat room. :p The trunk in the Mustang isn't bad though. I plan to get the roof rack and the medium Yakima rack basket on the Bronco. So I'll have way more room and storage on my 2 door Badlands, compared to my Mustang. I'll be loving it! ;)

I daily a 2010 JKU on 35's with a 2.5" lift and my brother used to daily a 2008 JK on 33's with roughly a 1" lift. I LOVED the way his Jeep drove. That thing was one of the most fun vehicles I had ever driven and I swapped with him all the time. If he wouldn't have wrecked it, I would have bought it off him.

The only knocks on a two door vs. four door IMHO are less rear storage space, smaller back seat (if you leave it in), and a slightly bumpier ride. None of these were a big factor to me and how nimble it felt totally made up for it.

I am going two door Bronco with Sasquatch all the way. 2.7L with those 4.70 gears should give me exactly what I want.

Yes! I'll have a 2 dr OB Squatch. I drive only 8 miles on surface streets to work. It will be perfect for short drives around town during the week and hopefully lots of time exploring off-road on weekends. The stiffer suspension and choppy ride I can live with. I suspect I'll be smiling every time I get in my Bronco.

DD for me. I can't afford to spend 50k on a car and only use it on the weekends. We have no kids, and one medium sized dog. I'll get him in through the back and have on of the backseats down or removed.

Of course. Getting rid of a corvette to make room for the Bronco. So I’m used to 2 doors.

Sure will be, my commute is from my bed to my computer so I don't think I'll have any issue with the 2 door.

I spent about 15 years daily driving Miata's, I think I can make the 2-door Bronco work without issue.

How many mile on non-surface streets? You got to think differently now, makes for a whole new commuting strategy!

A 2dr makes for a great daily driver. I split time with my FJ and LJ now, actually easier for the kids to get in and out of the LJ.

Planning to DD my 2door FE! The way I see it, don't buy it if you wont drive it. Daily drove a hellcat for a year then my H1 was my primary vehicle for awhile... until it shit the bed

Yes, and I have two kids too. I also plan to overland it.
squatch? no squatch? big bend im assuming. have a 2dr overland build out planned yet? I'd be curious to see

So, I'm coming from a 2 door manual sports car(370z) into the first SUV I've ever owned. moving to the 2.7 and keeping it 2dr to help with my speed+handling transition. This will be DD with dreams of overlanding. Single (until the ladies see this Bronco of course), no kids, and dreams of weekend overlanding. I have a couple questions...

1. how does Squatch on say a Wildtrak really affect on road ride quality and noise versus say a non-squatch OBX? relatively insignificant? both would be high package(additional sound ded) and hard top sound ded

2. what would tire wear be like on squatch vs no squatch?

thanks, friends!
