It’s hard to get in photos but I have random lines on the dash screen and get weird shapes in it sometimes next to the start/stop icon. Is this just a quirk of these screens or something broken?

I remember seeing some YouTuber doing a review and complaining about the same thing. His were lines/waves. I’d bring it in.

The background changes depending on n the goat mode. Normal mode just looks kind of weird. Eco mode has leaves. Slippery is a water drop ripple. Mud ruts is topographic. Sand mode is dunes. Baja is different dunes. Rock crawl is geometric rock pattern. I don't know what sport looks like.

Each has a little animation as they fade in.

Night mode will not have any of these. So if the normal mode bothers you, try night mode.

I get that, but the example above and in the video I saw were both in normal mode in the white area. Above you can see a circle in the top picture that shouldn’t be there

Good catch, I need to find the video of the one I’m talking about.

I had this same concern for a few weeks. But the shapes and lines are related to the driving mode. Ford made them subtle enough that it looks like a screen error or glitch.
