My short leg doesn't reach the dead pedal. Any recommendations on an extension?
I looked around the net, but only found custom mods using wood blocks.

Well I was going to say “2x4 and construction adhesive”, but @HighVelocity already beat me to the snarky response.

Realistically though… it’s probably going to have to be a DIY solution.

Can you reach the important pedals?

Something like this may come in handy to help get your feet to the rest stop (and Pedals):

If the platform shoes don't work out, I'll give this a go. Plenty of forum members willing to turn the wheel I'm guessing.

I don't know of anything pre-made for that. I don't believe that would difficult to make.
Making it safe and not ugly are two concerns.
You don't want it coming loose and going under the brake pedal for example.

If you found some thick rubber and glue it, that might work.

As funny as the shoe picture is, going to a shoemaker might not be a bad idea as they may have the materials and expertise to add to the dead pedal.

Yeah good suggestion, I was just under there the other day running wires. I think there are two studs out of the fire wall. I'll have to look again. Either that or I'll remove the cap off the dead pedal, there are two bolts there. I'll try to figure out something there.

@JerryC I was thinking of using some rubber of some sort and glueing it as well, but you bring up great points about safety, and aesthetics.

Scoot the seat forward and adjust the steering column while you're at it.
