Dealer has not converted reservation yet

So my dealer has had the full details on my order since Ford started taking them last month. They still have not converted the reservation to an order and just keep saying they will let me know when they do... anyone else experiencing this?

Same thing here. My sales rep said he would look into it. Haven’t heard back yet

Mine did right away once they had my order, I'd look at other dealers that want your business

You should just schedule an appointment, go in, sit down with them, and watch them put it in. It only takes 10-15 minutes.
