We stack orders per Fords time stamp, enter them into the system and then Ford does their VooDoo...

No We have that handled, delivery will be a little slower as we have to go through certain Ford system prior to letting the customer out...

I suggest that all load Ford Pass on their phones prior to entering their respective dealerships, your salesperson will be happy about that...

What does conversion mean? Like converting reservation to an actual order? And how is that chalked up as a victory by Ford or dealer? Hypothetically speaking, anyone with a reservation can place an order and then decide on delivery they're not interested. Or am I missing something?
