I thought the same about the 2L. Not a lot of product knowledge at some dealers.2.0L
It had a VIN listed though.2.0L
The plot thickens. The VIN is legit.
I am pretty sure once a vin is assigned the vehicle automatically shows up on the dealers web site. There is no dealer input, the site pulls the info from the dealers inventory.Yeah this is very likely a FCTP vehicle. No VIN is going to be assigned until that vehicle is on the assembly line, and we know Job 1 doesn't start until 5/3.
I'm curious to see how this dealer goes about selling it if they're already putting a listing up. Will they sell it as an agreement to the buyer after the FCTP time period expires, or are they going to defy FCTP rules and sell it as soon as they get it?
The site doesn't actually have a price listed... it's really only stating that it's on the way and implying it's for sale.Yeah this is very likely a FCTP vehicle. No VIN is going to be assigned until that vehicle is on the assembly line, and we know Job 1 doesn't start until 5/3.

If I were a dealer lookin to cheat with the 20% allowance I'd order the non commodity constrained 2.0L to get er on the lot asap2.0L
Where did you pull that from? The VIN is legit.
