My dealer has received 3 stock units the last 2 weeks, all blended 25, 31, and 35 days respectively after my date.
I’ve had 4 delivery windows now missed and get zero answers from Ford, Chat, or dealer…except “we don’t know”. How can there be a vehicle sitting in MAP for over a month (and I know some people have had way longer waits than that) with no holds and it can’t be loaded on a train?!?
I should know now after reserving over 800 days ago to not expect much more - but this is my first Ford vehicle I have ever purchased and it’s leaving a lot to be desired from the customer service and communication standpoints.
Does anyone have any insight as to how the railyard functions at MAP (wishful thinking, I know) or if there’s any rhyme or reason to vehicles shipping via rail?
