Dealer sending me buyer's order on retail 2-Door/What do I need them to do?

got an email today from Texas dealer that a 2 Door is available, ETA late October. Dealer sent me window sticker. Dealer sending me Buyer's order. Requires small deposit. What do I need dealer to do to put my name on that car/VIN so that I can track it?

You need the order number and VIN. You can look up anyone’s vehicle with those 2 codes.

I’m not sure it’s on the window sticker. It’s on the order sheet the dealer prints off once the order is placed.

you'll have to get that order number from the dealer, it's nowhere on the sticker, at least I can't find mine on the sticker anywhere.

It's on the window sticker (at least mine is). Bottom box area Item#. It will be Region code - Order number (Probably 4 digits)

I see it. So I have the VIN and the Order number or what I think is the order number. What is the link where I can track it?

Does it have a built date yet? Sounds like a dirt mountain build, so no telling if "late October ETA" is accurate.

Done. Sales Manager wrote in the Buyer's Order. $1,000 will secure this unit for (my name). I signed the Buyer's Order, sent it back to the Salesman and put the $1k deposit on my AmEx just now. It's done and I'm excited.
