One thing I have never seen addressed in these switches to big dealer posts is dealer allocations which if I understand correctly is based on market share and a few other factors. How do we know these dealerships are going to get enough allocation to cover the thousands of orders placed at their dealership. And along with that, how can they possibly process that sheer volume of vehicles along with their other regular business without sacrificing customer satisfaction?

Granger brings a whole new vision of what and how a dealer should do business. @Zach@Granger is a valuable contributor tho this forum. People travelling hundreds if not thousands of miles to deal with him. @DealerInsider, has stepped up to the plate as well as @StephensAutoCenter. Were it not for my local dealer, Diehl's Ford treating me right I would have ordered from any of them, and used my travel time as a vacation....

res transfers are 3% under invoice until tomorrow...get on board

I just transferred my reservation to Chapman which I had already converted to an order. It was really easy and @DealerInsider was great at explaining the process. Other than waiting more than an hour on hold with Ford all went smoothly so far.

But this is if we transfer and convert our reservation into an order for MY21, correct? Or are we able to transfer to you, still receive the 3%, and be put into the system for MY22?

Hypothetically if someone has a July 15th reservation, wants a MY22, transfer to you for the discount, converts their reservation into an order then they may get a MY21. See the issue? I would want to be sure that I was 100% get a MY22.

You just tell Tom "I want a 22" in the email/DM/phone call. That keeps it from being a 21. Done. Simple.

if they want a 2022, we keep at priority 99 and put MY22 wait in the remarks...it wont schedule

Did not make reservation yet, have demo reveal tomorrow 10:00 ford dealer. And was waiting for new options to hit web page for 2022
So Tom only discounting new reservations after 3/20/21

if you do a transfer by 3/19 = 3% under

after 3/20 new res = 4% under
