It would seem that perhaps the scheduling is by state and we can think that Ford has only got about half of the states scheduled so far.
Maybe as a way to keep the first post a wiki as Doug suggested, not to mention easier to glean for dates/places, you could move the data dump to your internal post and leave the link to the map and a link to your data post? I am trying to edit down the info you posted, which is hugely valuable and appreciated but a bit overwhelming in that first post. I was hoping to add all the new info you found to the first post but in the schedule format from earlier.
I think most have not opened if later than May 1. Not sure, but we'll see in the coming days if those on May 2 suddenly open up.
Yeah, seems like they're working east to west across the country timing wise - with some like Florida as early as next week, and others further west months from now.
I did the same and registered all 4 of me and my brother and parents that all want to see it - easier to be safe than sorry.

I haven't found a single one where May had anything where you could schedule. My bet is more "it isn't open yet" than "all booked up"
