So he paid $3K for nearly 22% MORE nitrogen. Excellent!I just called that ford dealer and he said it was an addendum because of the nitrous filled tires. They said they also added windows tint and a protective film.
Yep - it says "FOR INTERNAL USE" at the top@Bronco23 mistook the trade in section as the description of the vehicle you've agreed to purchase from them -- as far as that "deal sheet" is concerned, you've agree to pay them $41,410 + $1,995 markup + fees for a vehicle that isn't even listed in the "Vehicle" section... and you think this is legally binding by any means? How do you know they aren't going to call you about your Bronco Sport showing up in a week or two?
But, my dealer said....
@The_Viking got even more bad news for you in that fine print at the bottom...
While I'm not a lawyer, I would recommend you get actual advice from one before you wind up in the same situation OP did. Sorry for dogpiling on you here, but at the end of the day I hope you get the Bronco you ordered for the price you agreed to -- nothing you've shown us on this sheet will prevent this dealer from doing the exact same thing that happened to OP, and I would suggest from the bottom of my heart you take whatever steps necessary to prevent it.
Man you came in here hot all ready to defend the dealer claiming you've got a signed contract with the shady dealer.well I can walk away cant I? or do I have to buy it..youre the expert I see
This is a biiiig stretch but....Sorry for the confusion. That's there way of justifying the adjustment. The car was delivered Thursday and I got the updated purchase agreement Friday morning. There's no way they could have done anything to the car in that short time. I told the salesman I didn't want anything and he said too bad.
I ordered from Akins and they assured me no markup if my Bronco ever shows up. Good folks there. You should call Courtsey Ford and Aiken Ford. Both of them stated this morning that they do NOT mark up reservations orders, only stock models.
UNBELIEVABLE! They outright lied in their response to you. Just cut and pasted. Wow. smh
love the nitrogen charge...wonder how much we are supposed to pay for airThe GM Todd called me back He stated the extra $3k was for tint, guards, nitrogen. I asked well what if the customer doesn't want that? He started then they won't get those dealer installed options but will still charge the $3k. Even flat out said a month ago it was $1,900. Told him to expect negative reviews from us, and he replied " That isn't necessary, its going to hurt bushiness." I thanked for the call and hung up.
Yup dead on. Matches exactly to what Ford sent me and the window sticker. This is a biiiig stretch but....
Did you ensure your VIN on your Build Sheet and the Bronco match?
It does seem odd they can do the PDI and tint, etc., and deliver it to you in one day. What IF...you got someone else's rig?
