Dealership Sold My Bronco

I need some help/advise. I was a night one early reservation and chose a First Edition. I got the email from Ford about it being built. Given all the delays I figured it would take 4-6 weeks before it showed up to my dealer. I decided to call and check on it and found out they sold my Bronco. No notification it arrived or even trying to tack on an ADM. They just sold it. The dealership recently had a change in staff at the general manager level who was the one I did everything through and they blamed it on that

Direct line to the Bronco specialist team is 800-334-4375. You're best served by going straight to Ford over this and seeing what can be done.

As they literally cannot make any more First Editions (as MY21 is officially over), maybe they can get you a nice unit built to your satisfaction????

Ultimately this is why not 100% of all Broncos are made in reservation order, having some ability to "make it right" is bound to happen and be necessary.

4-6 weeks from when? Your build date? Most are getting in about 2 weeks from build date.
Did you think of contacting them any earlier? That's the part I'm not understanding here. Everyone has waited so long that I'm sure once they see a build date they are all over their dealer.
Maybe others have some worthwhile advice, but I don't see you as having much recourse at this point. Sorry.

Ford does not GAF. They got their money either way and anything else has been proven to be lip service or empty threats as far as we have seen. Reservation to name match 80 to 60% might as well be 0 as there seem to be no actual consequences.

Honestly until Ford makes an example of a bad actor with something like sending a corporate big wig and attorney to a dealership and revoke their franchise nothing will change.

Really, I am so sorry to read about this happening to you honestly I am. I wish you all the best in getting a resolution to your situation.
