Aren't the people who were willing to pay these markups going to feel a little foolish when the pricing/demand normalizes?
Nope, they had more money than brains to begin with. It is your typical American instant gratification attitude at work.

Oh nice, just to clarify you ordered your Mach E through Legacy? Or big star? Lol also how is that mach e?
Sorry yep, Mach-e through Legacy. Love it btw. The wife drives it and the thing is bad ass. Has about 6k miles on it now. Can't complain. Havent really gone on a long trip but as a daily driver in the city, its perfect.
If I could just get my Bronco now! I know its 2 totally different animals, but the Mach-e came exactly when they said it would.
Today I am going to go drive the F150 lighting at NRG, will see how that is.

I feel the same way when everybody says "Order a non Sas Big Bend it'll be produced right away" . First day res here...still waiting...
Right there with you. I'm starting to think I'll never see my 2 door Sas BL 5am day 2 res. We shouldn’t have to wait this long and watch as people way down the list receive their Broncos.
I'm glad for them but I want my dam Bronco.

I called and the FE is a customer order that recently arrived and the customer just hasn't picked up yet. The sales person, Kai, did say they weren't looking to jack up price over MSRP though. They would be a 3 hour drive from me if they had what I was looking for.

Yeah - and someone said that at an 'unnamed Alabama dealer' youtuber - that is a kick in the balls for you. Really sorry to hear that.

help kill the ADM that dealers are doing, also could be excess parts for reservation trim levels that weren't met and they want to move the parts out of their stock and quickly get some of those models pushed out and sold versus base and big bend parts just sitting at the factory.

Not sure about that, my dealer in SoCal just raised their ADM from $20K to $25K on the Bronco, they are selling them while en-transit.

Aside from the ADM, this sucks because I know some people here with base or big bend still waiting for their cars, how is this fair to reservation holders!

I know this feels like people taking cuts after we've all been waiting in line, but as mentioned above, this will help stop "flippers" and Stealerships adding $15k ADM cUz mArKeT DeMaNd as inventory is no longer short.
I think the market will still be strong at least thru the end of the year and maybe well into the first quarter at least on the higher trims. Semper Fi on the 1st MarDiv patch for your Avatar! Yut!

I met with my salesman a few weeks ago to re-submit my 22 order. I know the dreaded “My dealer said….” But he mentioned that they’d be receiving around 10-20 before the year ended. He mentioned they’d be base, big bend or outer banks builds. All soft tops with nothing fancy on them.

TLDR: Stanley Ford (McGregor, Tx) (not my dealer) currently has 10 broncos for sale and 8 of them have blue window stickers and currently listed for sale, so it appears there may be some truth to what I was told

https://www.stanleyfordmcgregor.com/searchnew.aspx?Model=Bronco

I haven’t spoken with them but most are on the lot and available according to the website.
Our local dealership has been receiving them for a month now....All 4D soft tops, 2.3L, high pkg and tow, mostly Big Bend, Outerbanks and Base with one Badlands with 7MT. 6 in total. Frustrating as a reservation holder with an original June 14th build date but understand that they can build these with the options selected quicker.

I just talked with my dealer who has only delivered 1 Bronco, they had 10 deliveries all waiting for customers pick up. Plus, my top reservation of the dealership just got a sticker and will be the only hardtop in town.
So I think it's true, thankfully.

If I had a stripped down Big Bend with flaccid top ordered I would be hot right now!
Flaccid? Limp? Flabby? Droopy? Pendulous? Yielding?

@Ford Motor Company why are you making dealer inventory when there are customers who have been waiting for their "built" Broncos for months??? Reschedule these customer cars and send the dealers the reworked Broncos whenever you get around to fixing them.
