Define High package "Sound deadening"

So I am trying to find the specific wording as to why my High package didnt have a hood insulating mat. Everything I find says "Additional sound deadening" but no specification as to what that means. I ordered through MAS so the delivery dealer is kind of going "Aw that sucks, but you didnt buy from us so not really our(the dealer) problem. Thats a Ford/assembly issue."
High package owners, did yours have a hood insulator mat?

Did yours at least have the sound deadening material around the battery cover and in the firewall? The sound deadening included those areas in addition to the hood liner.

My Badlands didn't come with a sound deadening/fire retardant pad under the hood. I just assumed that was standard. I assumed wrong. It's an option, and I can only surmise that it's part of the sound deadening package.

Yes, it's part of the Additional Sound Deadening that comes only with the High and Lux packages.

High package contains everything from the mid package as well.

Yeah it's my understanding as well that the additional sound deadening included firewall and inner hood padding (first I heard of the battery)

How are we know the QC at Ford is total crap so it wouldn't surprise me if they sent out a Bronco missing an entire hood let alone the sound deadening.
