Easiest is to find a take off along with the front tow hooks and intercooler mounts. If you don't have sensors, great. If you do, make sure you get those too since the plastic bumper sensors are different than the MOD bumper.

Here's a list of bumper parts. As of now, Ford doesn't offer a complete assembly. What exactly is needed over an above the plastic, I'm not 100% sure which is why the take off is the better and cheaper option.
Ah this is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Thank you!!!

I’ll cross compare with my plastic bumper and see where the overlaps are.

thanks again.

Here's the MIC just in case you don't have the list already.

Hey @flip sorry one more question - noticing in these parts lists, I'm not seeing the d-ring tow hook assembly. Is that considered a different assembly outside of the bumper assembly?

@flip, do you have a part number for the parking sensor plastic brackets on the modular bumper? The schematic was for a bumper without. I picked up a used one that had sensors, but I do not. I’ve just plugged the holes with plastic caps, however, the right side bracket is broken. I just need to pick that up some time. Thanks!

Following this. About to swap out the OEM bumper that was in a bit of fender bender and am going to have to replace 2 sensors.
