Deleted Customer ID and VIN

8/19 received email for production week of 9/13. Tracked daily with customer order number and VIN.
10/01 received email with change of production week of 10/11.
Continuing to track daily with customer order number and VIN.
10/11 Customer number and VIN still active but on 10/12 nothing. VIN and Customer order number not showing in my order email link. What is the issue??

I just needed to manually enter the info, it wasn't self populating anymore

More like ingrained muscle memory for my thumbs to navigate to it in my clipboard

When they did updates across the entire ford.com set of sites, it broke how the link pre-populates the fields so you have to manually enter them. It also broke the accessories.ford.com site in that your account may be lost in the shuffle and have to recreate it (it will pre-populate all your info like phone, address, etc.) but you lose order history.

I can't pull up my info at all, and my Bronco is built and shipped. The Ford website is still broken.

I can see it using the Bronco6G tracker though.

Yeah, my link to my build page doesn’t work at all now. Earlier today the page had a link to see a window sticker which wasn’t there last week but now that whole page is gone.

Something weird is happening tonight for sure. I did have to manually input my info again this morning as it didn't autofill anymore, however when I just went to check it and entered my info, it changes the order number and VIN to something random and let me view someone's F-250 order that's in-production. Could be getting cyber attacked!
