Delivered to dealer 7/22 ( or after hours 7/21)
Picked up 7/22 (metro Detroit), 4 miles on ODO at delivery.

Thoughts: for the price, deal of the century for what you get...Very happy drives, great, interior is really nice and done nicely, especially for a base model. Fit and finish needs work though. The hard top leaks water and has visible marks. While driving you can hear wind coming in where the weather striping is not lining up right, paint issues on back hinges (small bubbles), lots of ripped and hanging tape in engine compartment from wiring. Only dislike besides fit and finish, is the keys/remotes are massive. It’s like carrying an old school garage door in your pocket. It’s almost the size of an iPhone and double the thickness.

Sweet ride love the base model! And boy did you get it fast after it was built. Hope you get your issues resolved. Sounds crazy but I won’t care if mine comes like this as well.. I just want the damn thing lol.

I truly hope you and your dealer noted the MIC defects before driving off the lot to support a warranty claim down the road! 😲😲😲😢

Hopefully, those scratches will buff out with some wax or compound. As for the MIC top, obviously Ford isn't checking for water leaks at the end of the production line. I saw one of those "how it's made" shows and they were doing Camaro's and one of the last tests is putting the new car in a "Rain" room if you will to check for leaks. It's possible that Ford knows and they figure they'll deliver and fix it under warranty later.

Wow, get that off the used car lot? That's a lot of scuffs for being new.

I’d like to do this too. But I may decide to run a kill switch to the aux panel. If all it takes is someone to get the door open, you’re probably gonna lose your truck

The majority of those top blemishes could be due to transporting. Or they dropped the top during assembly. Or, they rolled the entire Bronco at some point. Just kidding. My local dealer had a brand new Fighter jet grey Mach 1 come in with paint damage on the rear quarter. Their body shop took care of it, and they marked the vehicle $2000 under sticker. If they had never told me, I would have never known….Someone got a pretty good deal.

The dealer said all of their hardtop broncos have had issues with the top so either all of the transport drivers are careless of their is an issue with production....

Agree on the base, big fan. The roof is a pain, but since it is such a widespread issue they should definitely stand behind it...So I felt okay driving it off the lot (With photos of the issues of course)
