Diagram for head/visor area needed

I had a nut fall down from the middle right side of the trim area above the passenger side, kinda around where the visor connects. I then also am hearing what sounds to be a nut rolling around up there behind the trim. This all happened after ford worked on the A pillar seal recall on my bronco. Ever since then I have been hearing rattling when driving, so I scheduled an appointment for the. To fix it, as in open it back up and screw on the nuts.
Well I just received a call stating that they fixed the rattle but said the nuts were just extra…. WHAT!!!!! NO WAY!!!! I would like to see if there is a diagram out there that I can review to see where they should go. Soooo frustrated.
