Hey, they will work for sure. It just won't be plug and play!

Search Ranger5G for threads. There's a guy there that documented the process as he runs full LED setup on a base Ranger.

(Helps he works at a dealership)
Yeah, it should work... at least electrical wise. I've seen them on hotrod and classics. I m going to upgrade to led on my 52' pickup.

As far as plug and play....
You may need to change the plug or cut both plugs off and wire together

Assuming all the voltage control is in the headlight. On Ranger there was a bunch of other work required, plus Forscan settings changes.

Again, check the Ranger5g thread if you plan on converting to LED lamps from incandescent, it's not just a canon plug away from operability.

This might be a prototype for a China knock off, with a very catchy counterfeit label - do not worry if it doesn't work on standard harness, it will not work on the regular harness either.

Interesting, so maybe these are Gray market parts sold for to fund the development team’s beer tab.

A lot of preproduction parts end up in trash bins behind facilities in Dearborn and then get scooped up by dumpster divers and sold at a premium on eBay... These are likely legitimate preproduction Warthog lamps, but it will take a significant amount of work to get them to work on your rig just like everyone else is alluding to. Good luck on your endeavors!

Just like Johnny Cash and his Lincoln
I believe it was a Cadillac, built one piece at a time, and it didn’t cost him a dime. 😎

I wonder if the Warthog name will show up on any parts even though it was dropped. My 03 Cobra, unofficially called the "Terminator" had that name on a few things I found. Ford never dropped the Terminator name but I don't recall it ever being advertised by them as such.

Warthog/raptor DRLs are amber right? If this is the same harness as the signature lighting I could swap these in for amber DRLs? hmm....

If only all the other pieces were readily available, that may be the case, lol.
Ranks pretty high on the made in America list. Get out the phone directory and make some calls. About 32,000 of em :ROFLMAO:

Undecided
Corporate logic says that once the Warthog name was canned, the brains of the operation made them sell anything with a Warthog sticker and the built new parts for the Bronco Raptors with proper stickers.
Kind of weird the same company that put Terminator (code name) in the engine bay of the Cobra (final name) Mustang couldn't put Warthog on the Bronco as a cool easter egg and nod for everyone who loves the name.

My hope is it's still there somewhere, or Ford is being sneaky and will stick with the Warthog name afterall.
