I have owned an '89 Jeep Cherokee and certainly used it for lots of off roading, as I did with many other 4x4 vehicles that I owned.
I have driven many Wranglers and Gladiators, on and off road, and I must say that the Bronco is better than all of them. It's capabilities are very good, and yet drives so much better on pavement. Just a better all around vehicle.

I've owned a WJ with the 4.0 and a WK2 with the Hemi. If the Wrangler 392 had IFS, I would have bought it instead of the Bronco. I've experienced the death wobble on the WJ and I would never want to experience it again, let alone on the vehicle that has 470 hp.

Use to own a 1970 CJ-5. Currently own a 1985 CJ-7 and 1998 TJ. Love my Bronco, but thank god for Jeep and all the years of open top wheeling, when Ford was MIA from the genre. I don't know how anyone could not have fun with a Bronco or Wrangler.

How many here never owned a Jeep prior to buying a Bronco? Just curious.
I don’t have anything against Jeeps, but never considered owning one. I ordered my. Bronco as soon as I saved enough to purchase.
Had a ‘19 Rubicon v6 MT and we loved it. sold it to make room for the Bronco that came two years later. The Bronco is better in every way though. 2.3 Badlands MT.

Owned a 14 jku. Loved it. Hit high mileage and didn’t want to deal with the aging 3.6l, this was just in time for my Bronco order to come in and I traded the jeep in on the wildtrak. I’m happy with my decision, the Bronco has everything the jeep was missing. Ride comfort and more power behind the pedal. The jeep was built to handle the rocks in Moab and the wildtrak does it right out of the box. We’ll see how she does long term.

While not a Jeep we still have our FJ Cruiser in the driveway. Everytime I got a desire to own a Jeep and test drove one I never brought it home for one reason or another.

51 years old. Never had a Jeep, only 1 American car in my past (1994 Jimmy SLT). Last real SUV was an 05’ 4-Runner SR5 V8 (bought used in 08’ when gas prices spiked for a steep discount). Traded for Volvo XC90 in 2012 (mistake). Otherwise been mostly German sedans and sports cars.

This Bronco is one of the most enjoyable vehicles I have ever owned, my 20th! Absolute joy every time I drive it, love looking at it, it’s like the real life Tonka truck I used to play with when I was a kid. I’ve have several cars in my past that I truly loved, but I absolutely adore this Bronco. Considered a Jeep, until I test drove one for an hour. Not for me, especially at $74k and for what I will use it for mostly (mall crawler toy).

Had a 21 loaded wrangler rubicon 4 door pretty much hated that thing mainly because it drove like shit down the highway it was literally like you were hammered, and before the smart asses come out of the wood work all I drive is straight axle 3/4 ton trucks I know very well the street manners of a straight axle, the jeep was just horrible hated driving it plus for a 2.0 turbo the mpg was horrible if I remember right it only got 14.5-15 mpg is all I normally seen out of it

Nope. The Jeep looks don’t work for me. Hard to explain. Too pieced together/toy kind of look. Some look good. Always had a love for Broncos. My dad brought one home in the early 70’s.
