Didn't get scheduled 10/28 support thread

7/14 reservation and no email last night, unlike seemingly everyone else on the forum.

Anyone else not get scheduled last night? I'm pretty sure its because my dealer refuses to move my priority code from 99. Seeing people who didn't have a reservation and ordered last week get scheduled is going to make me insane. Thinking about just jumping off this ride.

Anyone else want to drown their sorrows?

I have a September 2020 reservation at a large dealer with lots of allocation. I had been told that I'm in the top 10 of remaining unscheduled orders at the dealer, so I was expecting to be scheduled yesterday. No such luck.

The thing I'm curious about is what about non-reservation holders with 22MY orders?

I placed my order for my 22MY on Tuesday after my debacle with my 21MY order and they said oh you should see it in January.

nada. I was told two pulls ago that i was next and buildable, with allocation available.

It's definitely because they have you as priority code 99, that means don't build.

I'd call Ford Customer Service and get them to reach out to the dealer while you are on the line. You'll never get it with code 99.

Jake, for sure if you are 99'd then your luck will never change until that priority changes, but you probably know that. I did not get pulled last night, but my dealer got 4 pulled yesterday (3 hardtops and one soft) for build all of which were before me in line, I am a 7/18 reservation. So this moves me up obviously and I am now fourth on his list, only three in front of me. He has 16 allocations for January and February so I am pretty confident I will get pulled either in November or December, whenever Ford does their next big scheduling push, assuming they do. Hoping for my ride first quarter.

I will also say, my dealer had five soft tops as of yesterday and only one got pulled compared to three hard tops getting pulled. Four of the soft tops were later reservations, the one soft and three hard that were pulled were all in timestamp order. Whole point being that soft tops did not bump time stamps, at least not yesterday. Ford is building in order right now which is a nice sign. That obviously shifts as constraints hit again, but I am hoping that once a month at least they will have one big schedule per month following time stamp order.

That's garbage that the dealer will not change your code. What is their excuse for telling Ford that they should not build your Bronco. With a 7/14 reservation, you should be at the top of their list. Sounds like they are holding you up to allow their buddies who reserved later to cut in front.
