Difference between Yakima Roof Rail Crossbars and the Roof Rails with Crossbars?

Can someone explain the difference between the optional Yakima Roof Rail Crossbars and the Roof Rails with Crossbars? They look the same. Is it just Ford brand VS Yakima?

Would like to know too. Someone on the internet said the factory crossbars screw in to one location (i.e., you can't move them back and forth).

My best guess is to use the Yakima cross bars (which may move forward and back), you'll still need the factory rails. But it may be a whole separate system mounted to the clamshell like this.

Who knows. A question for BN to ask I guess.
