No, they all use the 10R60
Pre 2024 used 10R80
So over on the driveshaft side, I can't come up with a number for BN 4866. Maybe you can. If all 6g Ranger use the same 4866 flange then we have a yatzee!

The drive shaft between a crew cab Raptor Ranger with the advanced TC, and a crew cab 2.7 ranger with the part time TC are not the same.

So I'm guessing the flange for the part time TC in the ranger is not correct. I think it's probably the same style flange that the Bronco uses.

The whole shaft HAS to be different as @Dusty posted above there is a length difference, what matters is the flange/yoke whatever you want to call it on the front of the driveshaft...too bad Ford doesn't catalog those anymore

OK so I'm still a bit confused LOL. If we can determine a definite part number I'll be happy to order one in and see if it fits :)

BTW for what its worth I drove the Bronco to work for the first time this morning with the non-CV shaft and it was fine. My wife drove it about 45 miles to my cousin's body shop yesterday to finally get the rear window replaced (completely different story there LOL) and it seems to be working fine so far.

Oh I get what you're saying now.
Yeah unfortunately it doesn't just show the flange separate.
This would be a lot easier if I just had a Ranger here at work I could look at.

I don't know how I didn't realize this until now, but the picture is different between the Raptor and a regular Ranger driveshaft.

It appears the regular ranger does not use a typical U-joint on the one end.

Dropped a thread on Ranger6g.com asking for pics...we shall see if it bears fruit!

That is correct for Raptor...the rezeppa is after the center support bearing, and ranger uses a dana rear like Bronco, therefore rezeppa at the rear end flange...Ranger is VERY confusing! RR doubly so! However, what is interesting between those pics is that 4866 LOOKS the same

I think the picture is backwards.
The rezeppa joint is at the transfer case for the regular raptor (just like the bronco)

Edit: nevermind, maybe not. Maybe it does go to the diff
and in that case the 4866's should be the same 🤷‍♂️

Well the only hard fact I have is the the upper picture you posted IS NOT backwards...that is 100% correct, front is at the top left. Hope the Ranger crowd can fill me in on the rest! Repairlink show 3 different pictures, but doesn't tell me which is which...I can pick out RR from memory tho

Yeah hope so. The more I look at it, the more I just confuse myself lol
Unfortunately even the Ford catalog can be wildly inaccurate with brand new stuff quite often.

Do we know if the 2022+ Ranger T-cases are the same as the 2019-21 Ranger? I know they added the Ranger Raptor in '22 but they didn't overhaul the rest of the Rangers did they? If not, those have been in production for 5 years now. Not really that "new" any more. It seems that accurate parts information should have crystalized by now.

Not exactly the same, but I come up with MB3Z-7061-E for a mainshaft #, which is what I came up with for Bronco w/ESOF, I came up with AB3Z-7061-L for the output flange tho...dunno what that would look like! Could be another number to try. 24+ Ranger is a different animal from 19+. When they changed over the ROW Ranger in 2022 they changed the whole lineup...then changed it over in NA for 2024. ROW gets alot of weird options in certain markets that NA doesn't get (in SE Asia you can buy a Ranger w/2.0L diesel and manual tranny!), so parts searches go down weird rabbit holes sometimes!
