There's no way they are not aware of what's going on here. LOL

I've said before, they know you're over a barrell here, they can afford a few thousand angry customers, it will sell regardless.

Really , unless you get some BAD mass media coverage about severe quality/reliability/warranty issues (production issues will be blamed on covid), they're really not concerned.
Start planting the seed of doubt in the general publics mind though, then they'll have an issue on their hands.
