Well, yeah, but at $400ea last time I checked .... for steelies. No thanks. Not a realistic option for most.
Better bet would be aftermarket.
Not sure why so much from Ford.

I don't think so. I've read folks mounting 35's without adjustments.

35's on a Base 16 x7 wheel ????

Damn that's stuffed! Largest I have seen(online) is 285/75-16 ... 33"s

But otherwise, yes, I have seen the 315/70-17's on a Base , on Ranger +55 wheels .... no lift.
Needs a lift, looks-wise, but fits ...so it seems.
