I live across the border from Michigan (Ontario, Canada) and DAMN, this rainfall is nuts. There are some serious flash flood advisories being issued right now all across the region.

I truly hope there isn't any more flooding at MAP like in June and a shutdown (not matter how brief) doesn't happen again.

We'll see what the morning brings bit the forecast says continuous rain until early Thursday morning.

Edit: thanks Mods for merging my post, I must have missed when this was posted earlier today.

Hey @MacDonald_Photo , you staying dry over there? My Sump pump shit the bed...

Damn! Man, I have been in that situation before..And I feel for you today :(
My little town is also known as Island City.
The downtown is literally an island and our water table here is very high.
So rains like this mean my sump pump kicks on every few minutes. I literally have TWO sump pumps now so that if one fails, the other will kick in.

I hope you don't suffer any damage.
Stay dry my friend!

Fortunately the tops that are there only have “cosmetic” issues, so a down pour won’t be a problem… I know it is only a “cosmetic” issue because Ford told us that, so you know that is legit. No worries, guys!

Well our beloved dirt mountain is likely to be washed away over the next several days thanks to a weather system moving through michigan. Some weather models are forecasting 4, and even up to 7 inches for that region. Granted it's nature and no one can predict it to a t, but one thing is for sure there is about to be a whole lot of rain in southeast michigan....
I hear hail is good for helping the curing process of fresh paint.

Hopefully they get them out of there before the snow starts and they start salting the roads. Just wait until all of those Broncos are delivered to dealers with rust all over the axle and other undercarriage areas.

Detroit is downwind of the Yellowstone supervolcano. Ford better hurry up and ship those Broncos before that thing explodes! I would not be happy to take delivery of a brand new Bronco covered in volcanic ash! Are you taking this seriously, Ford????
