Stopped at a local Ford dealer yester day to see the Badlands that was on the lot. I walked up and spoke to a salesman. He clearly did not want to talk, but he said to me "It's a hardtop" as I looked at what clearly was a soft top four door. He then left. The truck was open, so I sat in it. The MSRP sticker was on the dash and showed the MIC hardtop as being the optioned item for the truck. My question is if Ford sent it to the dealer listing the hard top, but put a soft top on it does that make it a dual top model?

Judging from the sales humans conduct, it sounds like a S.N.A.F.U.

My dealer's mannequin was the same. A 4 dr that shows MIC on the sticker, but soft top installed. Salesperson explained that they believed that Ford took the MIC tops off the mannequin units to hold them back for customer Broncos since there were so many that were faulty.
