Rustoleum gloss white rattle can, details in the video
I have found rattle an appliance pant holds up better on rims. They do make white. Have you tried appliance paint? Do you have better results with what you used?

All of your hard work paid off! The DIY home upgrade looks awesome. Personally I would have taken all 5 wheels to a powder coating shop.

Looks awesome!

How long do you expect Rustoleum to last? Last time I did that on my car every time I changed the tires the shop would scratch the paint on the rims and they looked like crap after a few years.

I've finished the wheels and very happy with how they turned out.

Top is next, but waiting for it to be replaced first of course before I do any work on it.
Looks so great especailly with those grabbers! It doesn't work as well with the stock base tires but they really pop here without looking diminutive.

Ya you don't want to fall in to that trap. Sometimes less is more. I definitely will NOT be doing fenders and mirrors in white, all the renderings I have seen look awful.
And to me, the white top is more of a practical thing (although I love the look). It gets real hot where I like to go, and the black top just makes too much heat. White will be so much cooler and has the great retro look. Thanks again!

Looks like you did a good job, a little too much white IMO especially with that big front grill being all white

So, why was my post deleted about having steel wheels available for sale on this thread? I placed that link on here if someone was interested in replicating the white wheel look. This is not the first time posts are being "moderated" to ones liking.
It's called "hijacking a thread".
It's rude.
You're doing it now.
Knock it off.
Use the appropriate "marketplace" forum.

The overwhelming feedback from comments agree: keep the black caps. Thanks for the feedback!
Agree! Black Caps add that contrast and also ties in the New/Old look nicely. Great work, really a beautiful looking truck.
