Keep in mind, the High package is only available on the OBX and above, so this is kinda, partially, true.

Yes there was some posts a while ago discussing this very thing because it was specifically mentioned in rock crawl mode which not all trims have.

But it was later discovered that the rock crawl mode just switches to that camera view automatically whereas other trims will have to select it... But it is there on the high package.

As mine, since I was one of the ones that posted the initial question. In one of those videos there was a guy in a WT that actually turned on that camera mode and confirmed. He just had to touch the Sync screen to turn it on.
