If I had to guess, the Haas CNC was probably Repo’d since he ‘s selling the vises and the CAT40 holders. Normally, the vises and tool holders would be sold with the CNC machine. But that is just a guess. Don’t read anything into my opinions that isn’t here.

His CAD files is where he actually added value and what he was charging for. I’m sure he isn’t going to sell those especially to any of us!

my buddy sent an email to buy the cad files but he said they were at the programmers and would be 6-10 weeks but he could pre-order them and pay in full… you know ‘send it’ and all…..

i just want to say buying a cnc machine and aluminum billet and making one set of rims for your Ferrari and then losing your whole business is literally some gangster stuff….

I understand they went out of business. Very disappointed, I gave them $800 back in March for some product emailed them multiple times from April to now and received no response or update on my order. Just got word they are no more, absolutely frustrating. Had ordered many things from them prior to the last order. I hope he reads this, scammed is how I feel

Call your Credit card company and dispute.
Guy got way over his head thinking he was the sh*t, bought that new fancy building and equipment and now out of business. He had really crappy customer service so that didn't help.

Ordered DNA badges in July and was okay waiting 3 months since I waited 9 for my Bronco.

Tried emailing yesterday for an update since the 12 week was up. Found they deleted their email which led me to find everyone here in the same boat. Had no idea the guy lost his integrity and went dark.

My bank has a rule of 60 days to file a dispute. Luckily, Visa shows it has 120 days so I called them today to begin the process. Gave them all the info to help them favor my side of he tries to reject it.

Its wild to delete FB & insta, permanently close on google, disable email, and avoid the BBB complaints. I wonder how much money he received from being a Sponsor on this forum and other forums this past year.

Most businesses would weather the storm but he went nuclear. Pure fraud at this point using the business to scam funds to buy expensive vehicles. If he gets investigated there's no way he doesn't do time.

I filed a dispute and attached my receipt from Arche website portal, also printed and copied my email communication with no response from them. Paypal is looking into it. Which is positive for me. I would hurry up and file a complaint though. I also detailed everything I have read with him going out of business, and explained the delay in me filing a complaint was because of the items being custom made and wait time has commonly been months.

I will keep you updated on how it goes

I just called Chase to dispute the $340 credit card charges from July and they will remove the charges. The bank will contact him and he will be given a chance to respond. My guess is he’s not going to bother. So, yeah, it’s worth a phone call.

It‘s unfortunate as I’ve bought from him before but it took months to get the part but it was good quality. I was reticent buying again but decided to go for it. Lesson learned, hopefully at no cost.

They knew they couldn't fill the orders and kept lying to their customer base with orders outstanding going on more than a year. I want to know where all of those assh*les are that were defending them for months leading up to this in the forums, because they sure as shit are real quite right now.

I had the original badlands byod rail. it took forever to get here, and when it did, it was not cured. Any tap on it would cause the paint to flake off.
they did replace it for me, and that went fairly smooth. By time I got the replacement I'd already sold the first bronco though.
I also got the custom name plate with the vin on it. That also took a while, but did eventually arrive. While the stuff was nice... I don't think it's worth the costs. I won't order from them again knowing how long it takes to get things.
