I've seen pictures where depending on the angle, they look kinda similar. Most of the time they will not look like the same shade of gray.

Flares look black, not gray, like the mirrors, Base/Black Diamond grille and other trim.

hey look like a mix of both the MIC and black modular top to me. They definitely look darker than the MIC top though.

Depends on the trim you want. I personally am getting a Wildtrak and I think getting the MIC top would look absolutely awful with the black grill and mirrors so I think that I basically have to wait for the modular top unless I want to pay an arm and a leg for it separately.
