But I think... correct me if I am wrong please... but he is going with long arm in the front and that is why he would need either the wider axle OR wheel spacers on the rear so that the front and the rear track at least close to the same.
Doing this kind of work get the custom length dana.

Not sure what front end he will be doing. My kit for the front came with longer axles, control arms, etc...

I didn't want to have to go with spacers but APG's rear long travel kit says you'll NEED at least a 3" spacer to match up with the fronts new width. Any advice on what to do about that or links to a good quality spacer would be greatly appreciated.
Buy the extended width Spicer D60. Dont ruin your vehicle with spacers.

I have long travel (Foutz) you don't need to match the front width.

I have 1.4" Borne Offroad spacers on the back. A sligjtly.narrower rear is fine. I can sell you the 2 I took off my front end for whatever half price is. They are solid aluminum.

Isn’t part of the reason you need to get a wider axle with the APG build due to the coilovers being moved outside of the frame? Standard width axle will not accommodate the new lower link placement. (Or are you not running an APG system and that was just for example purposes. One would assume someone going that route isn’t worried about saving eight grand on an axle and getting spacers instead but who knows 🤷🏼‍♂️)
