So I ordered at dealer in October but have never gotten an email from Ford and when I tried to sign up for Roadeo I could not because they could not find my order...went to the dealer yesterday and they showed a listing (said from Ford) that my order is in and “unscheduled”, which makes sense, but why can’t Ford Roadeo find it? I really am no rush and if my back/leg gets better I might just keep my Mustang (really like driving it) and give up on the Bronco...anyway this is what I ordered and all the real paperwork I have on the order.

Based on your paperwork I'd say Ford has your order. Only thing that looks a little funky is the order code. I could be wrong but I believe the order code should be a 4 digit number, no letters. You should be able to call the bronco hotline number to confirm

Barry, if you go to www.ford.com, and set up an account it should be listed under your "My account" tab in the "Reservations and Orders" section. Ford it quite iffy on sending out emails.

I saw something recently about some dealerships putting their email address instead of yours. If that's true maybe it won't connect to your account.

Ummm, you should be able to set up a normal account without that information. Sorry, I'm at a loss my friend.

This is what I suspect, but did not get a clear yes/no. Salesman (seems like a straight up guy) said Broncos, lightings and something else don’t get emails? But you guys are getting emails...

Not sure that’s the case… my order does not show up which I think is super weird seeming that the section is called “reservations and ORDERS” !!!
I called Ford and they told me it only shows up if you have a VIN… who knows!

I ordered in December (no reservation) and did get an email. Also I don't see my order on the Ford site either. Banner mentions you need to enter a VIN to add it, which I don't have yet.

Note, I did not have a reservation.
When I placed an order with my dealer I received an email from ford like this:
Ford Bronco Does Ford have my order? YXMTi4vl

This came 2 hours after I had placed the order and the order looks like this.
Note I do not see my vehicle ordered when I log into ford.com with my email address. I plan to visit the dealer and talk to them about tying the order to my email. I haven't talked to them since November.

Order code is an internal four-digit, alpha, and/or numeric, code that is 100% internal at your dealership for their tracking. Once you have a VIN, you'll then be able to use this code and VIN for the normal tracking or your order. Completely normal to be a mix of numbers and alphas. A lot of of dealers use their salesperson's initials in their order code, for example.

It shows up only if it was a reservation that converted to an order. Agree that it is misleading since it says "ORDERS".
It would be more user friendly if Ford could match the email from the account with the email on the order and show it in the account. That would also require dealers to add user email instead of dealer email.
