I'm sure this is somewhere on the forum, so forgive me for not looking more thoroughly, but do reservations NEED to match the name of the user who paid the 100 bucks, and got into the system when reservations opened?
Me and my wife were both hitting submit on multiple computers, and she finally got through back in July of 2020. I spoke with my local dealer here in Texas when it came time to order, and I explained to him my situation, and he didn't seem to even care. Just makes me worried because right now, the reservation my wife made (for a 2dr FE) is one of the earliest, timestamped reservations at the dealer. Top 10. And I don't want to give them an excuse to delay my order, or 99 it, whatever.
The Bronco is for me, technically, but her name is assigned to the reservation. Should I clear that up with Ford first? Before ordering? I saw in some document they made exceptions for transferring reservations as long as it was a family member, but we don't have the same last name, so naturally, I'm concerned.
