Does this mean my reservation was converted to an order without my knowledge?

I made my reservation just over a year ago and we were not able to order due to wanting a Mansquatch. My dealer said no problem, your reservation number is still valid and as soon as that becomes an option for my2022 you will be gtg.

In the past few months I started receiving the swag. Poster, hammock, free digital subscription, etc. When that happened, I contacted dealer and they tell me I am still good with my reservation number.

Today I logged into my Ford account and see this.

Does this mean the dealer did in fact use my reservation to order a Bronco without my permission?

It was converted to an order on 3/18/2021. Looks to be an October-ish reservation number. As to if it was done without your knowledge, only you can answer that one.

They probably placed it and 99’d it (meaning do not build) in order to help with their 2022 allocations

I believe price lock for my2022 ended on 3/19/21...dealer saved you money..probably put a 99 to push you until next year...would be my guess

The reservation number is the same as the order number from what I found. I show the same thing but my dealer did submit my order. I don’t see the reservation number either. I also called Ford and they still have my reservation on file. The Ford Website is buggy.

Price lock was for Reservations also prior to 3/19/2021 not just orders.

Just confirmed with the dealer, they did place an order for a Black Diamond.

Well, as long as you haven't seen a build email with a VIN you can have them change it to Priority Code 99 meaning "don't build" and then reorder when the MY22 order banks open in a few weeks. I would go into the dealer to make sure they do this and get a DORA showing that it is actually PC 99

I had the same thing happen to me. My reservation date was 7/20/2020. I recently saw in my Ford.com account the dealer converted my order on 1/21/2021. I called them an hour ago and had them change the model and everything to what I wanted and they did. My priority code is 19 with this order. Good luck!
