If I remember right the leg room for both 2 Door and 4 Door was the same in the spec sheet; checked earlier and they are different.

2 Door 35.7
4 Door 36.3 (... what I think it was for both before)

Also, is the below, our trunk space?

Behind 2nd row (Hardtop) (cu. ft.)22.435.6

(y) ... and what are they meaning, (Projected); does this mean subject to change or "we are in pre production right now ... check back later if it changes".

Woah, good find! When you search for Bronco rear leg room, google actually points to the original thread that said they were the same.

I decided to do some comparisons and now I'm seriously debating whether I should get a 4-door Bronco as a daily driver.

4-door Bronco Rear Leg room: 36.3"

Comparisons
Spirit Airlines: 28" - Packed Livestock
Back seat of a 13 Volt: 34.1" - Children Only
Back seat of a 19 Civic: 36" - Just Enough, "All but the tallest"
Back seat of a 2020 EcoSport: 36.7" - "more than acceptable for rear seat passengers" - The Car Connection / "ample passenger space up front but not so much in back" - Car and Driver
Back seat of a 19 Corolla: 41.4" - Good Room

The seats of the Bronco should be higher up than the sedans I've listed, but the rear leg room looks to be just adequate depending on who is doing the review.

Conclusion
3.6 roentgen... err 36.3" Not great, not terrible

If that chart is "true" that explains why kids are complaining (my 11yo daughter is 5'6" already)
