Any rumors on door insert availability soon after expected delivery date?

The roadster (and my 68) has door inserts (at least that's what we called them 20 years ago). Remove door, install insert so the opening is not a big square. Probably using wrong nomenclature.

What’s a rumor (based off the Patents)
The door (maybe optional) will be a 3 piece door.
1 tube frame w/ buttons and speaker,
2 Inner plate
3 outer plate

so I wonder if the outer plate could have options like that.

Door inserts do seem like a easy option. However learning from the old EBs maybe Ford made the door openings look cleaner with the doors removed. Rounded edges and tucked latch receivers maybe.

I had thought that the removable part of the door attached to the side crash bars. If that's the case there would be no exposed latch or hinges to cover.
