I saw that video last night! Aside from learning about the door noise, I was excited to learn about the auto windows down on the key fob. I use that feature on my Camaro all the time, so good to know the Bronco has it!

I dunno if it's a "safety feature"... it's more like the channel is popping in/out. TC Customs just called it a "feature" but I doubt it really is. I think the little channels/holes are more of a square fit and the bolt was just riding in/out of the channel was all.

Did this on my own truck when I realized it was not tight enough.

The F150s have this also. Not sure if it's "enabled" but most of us with FORSCAN have enabled it on our F150s. You can also go back up on the F150s. Again ,that might be something you have to program in, but just how you use unlock to open them. Press lock once and then press/hold lock again and the windows MIGHT go up (that's how it works on the F150s)

I fidgeted with the passenger side clicking for 20min before googling… Tightened it up and good to go. A few days later Im hearing a small pop. I tightened to 30 NM and there is still a slight pop on the passenger side. Hand tightened past 30 NM with the included ratchet and it persists… Uninstalled, cleaned, reinstalled and still happening. I cant seem to find the barrel part - wondering if its possible to break the internals, or if Ive got something else going on. The door lines up fine on closing.
