Turns out it already existed, but I arrived at it independently.

Sounds like a good reason to not sit up there as people often like to do. No one wants to get impaled in the bum with roll bar.

Of course by that point such a reckless hooligan had probably already been ejected from the vehicle.

OK now I know you’re a troll. If you actually wanted any of that stuff you would know that a 20 gallon tank wouldn’t even be close to cutting it.

??? If I'm troll'n, I just caught me a large mouth bass. I'm being realistic on the fuel tank. The EB rear is 13 gallons, with an optional 11 gallon aux tank. A 23 gallon after market rear tank is now offered for the EB. So where do you plan on mounting a 40 Gallon Fuel tank so it doesn't hang below the differentials?

Nickp; math can be your friend; 20 gallons, the Coyote Engine capable of at least 20 mpg = 400 mile range. Add a 10 gallon aux = 600 mile range, add a couple jerry cans = 800 mile range.

Anything else???

this would be a pretty badass setup, especially with some narrowed HD axles like that, and the coyote of course.

If you think you’re going to be getting 20 miles a gallon running Dana 60/80’s and tires large enough to necessitate them you clearly have no idea what you’re talking about.

Nickp, you'd argue with a possum. My 25 year old Dodge Dana 60/80 (with an auto!) gets 20 mpg.

Coyote is not a diesel. You'd be getting 15/16 best case scenario.
AND I have no electronics!

But you're right - what a freaking disaster! A 20 gallon tank! at 15 mpg! - who could EVER live with that? It'd be a total fail!

15 x 20 = 300 mile range
Add a aux 10 gallon tank = 450 mile range
Add 2 Jerry cans = 500 mile range

Trust me when I say us old timers lived with a lot worse.

Oh I hear you, I'm not overly concerned about mpg but it does need to get 300 to 400 mile to a tank. The coyote is not going to be an option regardless so I'd focus more on the two EBs that will likely make it in, the 2.3 and 2.7. I'd bet on 35s gas milage would be somewhere around 18 city and 22 highway, perhaps a bit better.

The 2.7 will not get better gas mileage than the coyote with a lift and 35’s.

If the BroncoBronco is at least somewhat close to the renderings, then it would be boxy/not the most aerodynamic vehicle on the road. That's gotta hurt highway MPG when comparing the motors when they're in a more rounded vehicle like a Ranger or F-150, right?

Excuse any ignorance, just curious as to how much the anticipated shape of the vehicle could possibly hurt gas mileage.
