At work right now but it's like the pic above without the camera button being back lit. It's the only one.

If one is out, I’m assuming the whole bank would be out. They usually aren’t individual bulbs per button.

Quoting for emphasis. It should be backlit when the lights are on. If the lights are set on Automatic, the backlit function won't be on during the daytime.

Yes, the headlights are ON. Checked again last night. In the dark with the head lights on. All but ONE button is off. The camera one. Pressed the button and the camera turned on but the button stayed dark. Again, I know that isn't normal but the dealer said it is. Just checking here to be sure. Should've just went to a new Bronco outside and checked it. Thanks!
