Dumbest reason you’re choosing a Bronco, particular trim, or option??

Because it’s a Bronco.
Was going to get the black diamond because I like the grill the best . But changed to badlands because I want front and rear lockers and I HATE the larger flares on Sasquatch .
Also even though I like the outer banks I would never buy one because I live close to the Outer Banks of North Carolina And it makes me cringe when someone calls it the obx and I really wouldn’t want anyone referring to my Bronco as a obx model.

Black Diamond reminds me of Blackjack, though that's not the real reason I'm getting it

Also, because while the next few years will be a different story, I'll be unique for awhile with the Bronco instead of having another Wrangler

I'm choosing a Bronco because I want to be able to go anywhere it's legal to drive and do this in an open air cockpit.

Base, because I have this weird fascination with simplicity and trying to make do with the minimum possible...

I want the most possible HP though so 2.7 box checked. And yes that is contradictory but I'm good with it.

One thing I just realized is the color of the interior accents (like stitching, grab handles, etc.) may play a factor in which trim level I end up choosing...how dumb is that.

I absolutely adore that year's interiors. Definitely feel like the STI lost something when they went (back, I guess?) to black and dark grey interiors.

And as for me...

Bronco? Because Bronco.

Nah, it's just a more updated, two-door first gen Forester XT (with an engine that is sliiiiiiiiiiiightly less likely to grenade itself) to me. Bonus, this one also won't be selling for twice what it's worth because MANUAL TAX.

Also I always secretly wanted a Wrangler, but I am not a fan of Chrysler's build quality or engines. Or transmissions. Or really anything they make. They can put big honking V8's in things and make them go fast, and I've even wanted a few of them, but overall...FCA's fleet is a hard pass for me.

Trim? Reserved a Base, going for Big Bend/Black Diamond, because...

I’ll go first. I’m choosing the Badlands because I can’t stand the idea of having an open switch space on the off-road hero panel. Guess I have OCD.

OMG. I am choosing Badlands Auto Trans for the same reason!!! Cannot have a hole there! That makes us two OCD...
