Why would you want the speakers facing way from the cabin? Is this just for tailgating without a tailgate

DV8 Offroad Bronco Build at SEMA 2021

What is going on here? Nasty, looks like thin wall tubing, not mandrel bent, hence the shrinkage in the corner bends, boogered welds, rather than a nice quality tig/mig weld, and couldn’t even bother to trim the light mounting bolts…whole thing looks like a mess. 
Can the factory hinges support this much weight long term or when off-roading?

That front bumper ain't it. If those extensions were permanent it would have helped, but the whole thing is a mess. Most of their build is TBH.
