Hi guys, wanted to share a quick video and some shots of my car getting tuned on the Dyno.

We had the ECU changed with an unlocked one and done the work using the SCT device. Got some pretty good results considering the fact that it is summer now and the temps/air quality is not ideal.

Current performance mods;
AFE Momentum GT Intake
INJEN Charge Pipes
CPE Intercooler
SPD Downpipes
Corsa dual exit exhaust

Fuel was just the premium pump gas we get out here, I beleive its 93 octane / 98RON.

They mentioned that the car didnt feel good with the fuel and had to add a quarter can of boostane.

Car feels signficiantly quicker on the street. However, real test will be to see how she performs in the dunes :)

Looks good, with those mods you absolutely needed a tune.

Nice!!! Where and how did you find an unlocked ECU?

You have better numbers than any plug n play module.

We pretty much have the same engine upgrades.

Lost hope on any successful hack....

Sweet! So an increase of 67HP and a bump of 68 ft lbs in torque (with boostane). Do you think you'll need the octane booster all the time in addition to the 93 octane gas? Or will you detune it a little bit for the street?

On a side note what driving lights are you running on the front bush bar? Looking for something similar. I have the same bush bar.

HSI got the unlocked ECU. But they are based in the UAE.

As Ducati mentioned above, ZFG has the same solution.

Totally worth it IMO, I just went for rip with a raptor r and henessey mamoth TRX, it kept up very well !!

So the tuner was saying that the fuel was just not good and told me not to fill up at that partiuclar gas station lol.. Recommended me some others to go instead, it wont need a re-tune or de-tune.

Im running quad Lp4s for the front. These are the bajadesign lights.

Thank you!!! I will checkout ZFG. Earlier I did a quick search on HSI and didn't see their location, thinking in the US.

The Raptor R & Henessey's TRX!!! That was a fun day!!!! I need to hangout with you!!! I'll buy the BEER!!! LOL

I'm hoping or my goal is to get into 400hp range, upgraded turbos, etc, if needed... I've been following some of the plug n play modules. The best one I saw was an increase of 60hp but it was running greater than 94 for those number and that's not practical! IMO...

I have the Wicked LT Mid (3.5") package sprayed an ready to install (hoping) the end of month. After that... aggravation will be setting in... Want / Need more POWER!!! LOL

Thanks again!

400 WHP is possible on E85 and stock turbos.

Dyno Chart.jpg

If you want to use 91/93 octane only then you’ll need to go with CRP Stage 3 turbos to get into the 400 WHP + range.

That's nice!!! I need to look into this and see what needs to be done with the ECU. I'm thinking I'll need an unlocked one...

Thanks for sharing...👍👍

Haha, yes it was a fun and spontaneous evening. Really impressed with the performance from the Bronco.

I may look get bigger turbos as well little bit later down the line. You can't compare the plug and play to a full tune on this thing, huge difference.. and I had the jb4 on it before, doesn't come close 😅

Nicee, the LT kit will be amazing ! Just have it dialed in properly (y)(y)
