Good retro color. Was leaning towards the VB when I order in August but would go with if it’s an option. Maybe they will get rid of Area 51.

Day 1 reservation holder with a MIC top - I remember back in 2020 we were very disappointed when the mod top was no longer offered. But I love the MIC top. Pulling off the mid panel on a 4 door with no help, it would be very difficult to do without scratching a painted mod top. I usually rest it on the clamshell and then tilt it over, which results in light scratches on the MIC top that are easily rubbed out since its the same material all the way through.

The real question…..who is now 99’ing their order that doesn’t have a build date yet based on this leak? Or keep marching forward with current order knowing you’ll likely have to re-order a ‘23 anyway?

It rides like a dump truck

It was originally a LWB flatbed. The previous owner shortened it 2 ft and put a 78 flareside box on it many years ago. We picked it up a few years ago, I redid the entire fuel system and got it up and running again.

My grandfather did have a factory SWB F-350 of the same generation with a flat dump bed. It rode as rough as yours. I once borrowed it and put two pallets of sod...rode like a Cadillac.

Fair enough, but I was referring to area in which I live. You have UNC, Duke, and NCSU in close proximity. If you aren't a UNC fan, you wouldn't be caught dead with that color.

If this pans out, I'll say they could have picked a better color. It's fine and I applaud the effort. But baby blue? I'm sure some folks in my area will get it because they are UNC fans...no one else will get it.

I loved the color, until you said this...now I can't unsee it. I live in NC and loathe UNC CH, so I am out.
